KOLZER produces a wide range of specific varnishing products for the preparation and the protection of plastic materials, metallic materials and glass exposed to the vacuum metallization process.

The base coat gives characteristics of adhesion to the substrate; the top coat avoid the oxidation and increase the performance against: scratch, alcohol, oil, chemical and perfumes.

• Base coat pre-metallization:
  Spray Base-Coat for plastics;
  Spray Base-Coat for high solids plastics;
  Spray Base-Coat without primer for polypropylene;
  Spray Base-Coat concentrate for metal;
  Spray Base-Coat UV;
  Deeping Base-Coat for plastics;
  Base-Coat Powder varnish for metal.

  Spray Protection for various purposes with high resistance to the abrasion;
  Spray Protection with high resistance to the abrasion and scratch;
  Spray Protection with resistance to alcohol, perfumes and chemicals;

  Soluble concentrates Colorants to add in the protections;
